We provide a bespoke service, creating personalised pet portraits based on photographs provided by our customers. When you submit an order for a portrait, we will use our artistic expertise to create a unique work of art. 3. Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Once an order is placed and payment is received, we will begin the process of creating the personalised portrait. However, we reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.

4. Photo Requirements
The customer bears the responsibility of complying with Pet Hues’ photo submission guidelines during order placement. If the photo provided by the customer is of poor quality, it is understood that the resulting drawing may not accurately resemble the submitted photo. Any modifications required after the fact will incur additional charges.

5. Pricing and Payment
The prices for our services are specified on our Website and are presented in NZ dollars by default. These prices include the cost of creating and delivering the portrait but exclude any potential import duties or taxes that might be imposed by the delivery destination country. Prices are subject to change without notice.

6. Failure or Delay in Delivery
While the Company endeavours to meet the estimated delivery date specified in the Order, it is not liable for any failure or delay in delivering the Product.

7. Refunds
Due to the personalised nature of our Services, we do not offer refunds or credits. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will make every effort to correct any issues with your order.

8. Modifications
All changes will incur an additional fee and can be requested within one week following the initial delivery date. Beyond this period, the Company reserves the right to deny any modification requests. NOTE: If you have ordered a printed product, requests for modifications must be submitted within 24 hours after the email delivery of your drawing. If no modification request is received within 24 hours, your drawing will move forward to the printing and shipping stage. No orders can be cancelled once the production or shipping process has been initiated.

9. Intellectual Property
All content included on this Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Pet Hues or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this intellectual property is prohibited.

Pet Hues, however, reserves the right to utilize any pet portrait, as well as the original images supplied, in its marketing or promotional materials without requiring formal consent from the customer.
